Who we are

IIIa DEVELOPERS is - already more than 10 years - a reliable Belgian project Developer that is specialised in the development of business real estate for housing companies. We develop industrial buildings such as SME-parks and customized individual buildings for companies and offices as well.

From the beginning the focus is on the development of professional real estate. IIIa DEVELOPERS develops among other things good deliberated SME-parks where key-on-the-door SME-units with a surface between 150 and 500 square meter are sold and rented out individually.  

Many clients, both SME's as self-employed people, already appealed to our services and repeat appealing to us for new real estate occasions.
